How to order

Existing customer

Please place all your orders via phone, fax or e-mail to Customer Service. You can order for fuels and lubricants.

  • All orders are vetted and validated before processing.
  • Upon request, customers will receive a confirmation email that the order has been processed.
  • Only cleared orders (not blocked) are automatically transmitted to respective depots to load, invoice and deliver.
  • All cleared orders will be delivered at the earliest time possible.
  • Any factors impacting either on the release of customer’s order and/ or on the delivery will be communicated to the customer immediately by a Customer Service Executive.

New Customer

It is a mandatory that you open a trading account before you can commence ordering for product. For account opening please contact us.

Once the account is open the order process is the same as that listed above.

We advise that you maintain the recommended minimum stock levels and observe the defined lead times to ensure we offer you the desired service level!
