Customer Service is an integral part of progressive business model, this is no different within the Energy Industry. TOTAL, in celebration of this fact had its’ second ‘Customer Service Week’ (CSW). The inaugural CSW came to life with an internal meeting on October 22, 2019 where the staff were briefed of the upcoming weeks events and the Managing Director,Chris Okhomah spoke to the staff about the importance of customer service.

On the second day,employees, our internal customers, were treated to health education by trainers from the Spry gym, while being fed with nutritious snacks. Our external customers; COCO station personnel, Dealers and General Trade Customers, were also included through two major activities. The first was scheduled visits to over 20 network and general trade sites and the second, a Cocktail at the Terra Nova Hotel.CSW 2019 ended with a lyme and fashion show which showed the creativity of the staff.

Building on last year’s facilitated feedback, TOTAL launched a new and exciting customer platform called E-fuel, geared at addressing the pain points of the ordering process. In addition,feedbacks were received from the customers which allowed for further relationship development .

Overall Customer Service Week 2019 led by Faith Gowdie-Edwards, Customer Service Manager,was well received by customers both internal and external, who were entertained throughout the week and shown appreciation. With this in mind we look forward to CSW 2020.
